All items are handmade and may vary slightly in size, shape, and color. These variations are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

• Custom and made-to-order items are non-refundable.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors or product unavailability.

2. 💳 Payments

All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment providers. We accept major credit/debit cards and other options as shown at checkout.

3. 🚚 Shipping

• Orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted.

• Domestic orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days.

• We offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $100.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect address information.

4. 🔁 Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 5 days of delivery for unused, non-custom items.
Returns due to buyer’s remorse are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
