We accept returns within 3 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and in original condition.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
🔁 Restocking Fee -
Returns due to buyer’s remorse (non-damaged, unwanted items) are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover handling and repackaging.
❌ Non-Returnable Items

Custom or made-to-order pieces cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Please note: Natural variations in color, shape, and glaze are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
📦 Damaged in Transit?
If your order arrives broken:

Please send clear photos of the item and packaging within 3 days of delivery.

We’ll issue a refund, or offer store credit — your choice.
